Construction and Turnaround Outage schedules updates and prepare weekly
reports on job status and progress. (Prepare CPM risk analysis and
assessment and coordinate bimonthly meetings to review analysis results and
resolutions.)

Prepare Curves
and Schedule analysis of Negative Progress Disciplines and provide
resolution and variables to retain schedule Completion within the budget
and baseline schedule deadlines.
§
Responsible for
maintaining daily verification on progress of project site as well as
provide Daily work schedules for Disciplines and projected work
Scope. As well as send daily reports to Senior Scheduler on success
or failures to meet the Scheduled Milestones. Work to resolve scheduling
issues for procured materials and Equipment delayed by manufacturing or
fabrication. Causing schedule conflict.

Report the
daily Checklist and Critical Path sub schedules to Project Control Center,
to Project Management Staff. ( Owners and Stake Holders )
§
Responsible for
Schedule Update meetings including, Construction, Testing and
Commissioning, Pre Operational Functions, including Scheduling Station
Valve Testing for Commissioning Group.

Responsible for
Coordinating Pipeline Construction and The Metering Contractor as Well as
the Compressor Station Contractor Integration to Tie ins and
completion for Commissioning.
